Wildflower & Grass 80/20 seed mixes

This is the stuff marvellous traditional meadows are made of – a mix of 20% UK native wildflower seed and 80% natural grass seed. Easy to grow and maintain, this combination produces a beautiful swathe of grasses sprinkled with flowers like ox eye daisies, knapweed, cornflowers, musk mallow, red campion and many more varieties.
With a mix of annuals and perennials, your meadow will keep enchanting you beyond the first year after planting, providing a habitat for bees, butterflies, other insects and birds. Wildflower and grass 80/20 seed mixes can be sown in spring or autumn, in a density of roughly 5 grams to a square metre, and will thrive in most soil types.
