Ideal for use when a site needs greening quickly, Jubilee Rapid is a fast-establishing amenity grass seed mix combining swift germinating annual ryegrass with slower perennial grasses and fine fescues, giving you early cover at first – and a better-quality sward as the site settles.

For landscapers, grounds teams and contractors, it’s a practical, cost-effective alternative to laying turf, particularly on hard-to-reach, awkward or time-critical areas where turfing isn’t ideal.

Under suitable conditions, Jubilee RAPID can begin germinating in as little as 4 days, even at cool soil temperatures down to 3°C. That makes it a dependable option for early spring starts, late-season work, lawn reinstatement jobs, overseeding and sites that simply can’t be left bare. It works well even on disturbed or excavated soils where quick cover and soil stabilisation are required.

The annual ryegrass acts as a nurse crop, delivering rapid ground cover and visual reassurance for clients, while the perennial grasses and fescues establish beneath to improve density, appearance and durability over time.
