JS2 Utility- An all round mix for many situations. Providing a quick germinating, rapidly establishing and hard wearing sward. Unlike some competing products JS2 contains purpose bred dwarf amenity cultivars only. Including perennial ryegrass, well rated for it’s slow regrowth between mowings. As a result a lower mowing frequency is required. Good disease resistance and high wear tolerance, in addition to a lower mowing frequency makes JS2 ideal for lawns through to damaged soils.

We’ve developed this utility grass seed mix as a solution to suit various applications. It’s the ideal general purpose seed mix – a genuine “all-rounder” that serves well for everything from lawns to general landscaping, covering open spaces and excavated sub or topsoils, and working well on damaged soils as well as trench reinstatement.
Our Jubilee Seeds Utility Grass seed mix differs from other similar products because it contains purpose-bred dwarf amenity cultivars only – including perennial ryegrass which is know for its slow regrowth between mowings.
This means that when this grass seed becomes established it requires a low mowing frequency and demonstrates good disease resistance, with a high wear tolerance.
